In the context of globalization and the digital economy, strengthening cooperation between the
higher education system and the labor market, aligning educational content with modern economic
demands, and improving the quality of workforce training have become increasingly important. In this regard, ensuring the competitiveness of higher education graduates, enhancing the integration of theory and practice, and introducing innovative approaches are among the most pressing issues.
This international conference is dedicated to the development of cooperation between higher
education and the labor market. It provides a scientific platform for discussing the current state of integration among education, science, and industry, achieved results, existing challenges, and effective solutions to address them. The conference brings together scholars, researchers, employers, and practitioners working in pedagogy, economics, management, information technologies, social sciences and humanities, and other related fields.
The main objective of the conference is to adapt the higher education system to the requirements of the labor market, improve educational programs, identify innovative mechanisms for developing professional competencies, and establish a sustainable model of cooperation between education and industry.
